Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer may make use of their right of withdrawal;

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with Chloe & Sophie Calgary;

Day: calendar day;

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Chloe & Sophie Calgary and to every distance contract and order concluded between Chloe & Sophie Calgary and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Chloe & Sophie Calgary shall indicate that the terms and conditions are available upon request and will be provided free of charge.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Products must be handled with care and returned in original condition where possible.

Fixed-term contracts are not silently renewed except where legally permitted.

After one year, termination is always possible with one month’s notice.

Payment must be completed within 7 working days unless agreed otherwise.

Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.

Reasonable costs may be charged in case of non-payment.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.

Chloe & Sophie Calgary will respond within 30 days.

Valid complaints will result in repair, replacement, or appropriate compensation.

Article 15 – Disputes

All agreements between Chloe & Sophie Calgary and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
